We offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping (1-2 days)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $50 will enjoy free standard shipping.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our services to other countries/regions, so please stay tuned for updates.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can check the status of your package using the provided tracking number.

5. Duties and Taxes

All shipping charges and related taxes will be clearly stated at checkout. We do not charge any hidden fees, and all products are shipped from the United States. For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages and Losses

CHICHA TEA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@chichatea.com with photos of the damaged product, and we will assist you with the issue.
